Segeeta Allen-Bland

Segeeta Allen-Bland is a native of Philadelphia PA but moved to Tampa, FL at the age of two where she grew up and graduated from Tampa Bay Technical High School’s Program of Business.  While attending Tampa Bay Tech, Segeeta was a standout basketball athlete earning multiple awards and a full athletic scholarship to play basketball at Indian River Community College where she earned an Associate Degree in Business.  Excelling in the classroom and on the basketball court, Segeeta was offered a full athletic scholarship to continue playing basketball at the University of West Florida where she earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management and Administration. 

Upon graduation, Segeeta packed her bags and moved to Atlanta GA with aspirations of continuing her basketball career professionally, but that was not a part of God’s plan.  She began working in the banking industry for three years before transitioning into the field of Accounting for 10 years.  During this time, Segeeta became a Real Estate Investor and Tax Preparer.

After becoming a mother, Segeeta realized she wanted to become her own boss and began to make entrepreneurial moves while on maternity leave from Corporate America.  With two little ones by her side, she earned a Master’s Degree in Accounting, a Georgia Real Estate License and started her own full-service Accounting firm, L&S Financial Services, Inc.  She transitioned back to Corporate America for a short time, while working as a Real Estate Agent and Tax Preparer part-time.  In February 2019, she made the decision to walk away from Corporate America to focus on being a full-time Real Estate agent specializing in Residential and Commercial property and her Accounting firm.

Combining her years of real estate and financial expertise with her love for helping others, Segeeta was inspired to create a Brokerage firm and all-inclusive Accounting firm.  She enjoys helping others achieve their dreams of homeownership and listening to the needs of business owners to help them manage their company’s finances or locate a new commercial property.  Segeeta can be trusted to assist with any real estate or financial needs.

During her leisure time, Segeeta enjoys spending time with her two children, playing basketball, and attending sporting events.  She also enjoys traveling and having dinner and cocktails with friends.Segeeta packed her bags after graduation and moved to Atlanta where she worked in the banking industry for 3 years before transitioning into accounting in the dental field for 10 years. During this time, Segeeta earned a Master’s Degree in Accounting and became a real estate investor.

 Professionally, she enjoys the challenge of identifying and solving problems, listening to the needs of business owners, and managing their company's finances. Segeeta also holds an active Real Estate License in the State of Georgia. Through her tri-state connections and ties to many communities, Segeeta has managed to create a network of financial professionals ready to work for you!
